Administration Groups
The Administration level is the highest governance and configuration layer of the platform. It exists to manage the overall network, global settings, shared templates, platform-wide permissions, system administrators, and cross-entity standards. This level should not be used for ordinary agency content. Its purpose is administrative control, not publication. Users assigned at this level may oversee multiple entities, configure shared features, manage global taxonomies, maintain platform policies, and support entity-level administrators.
